what a pity this hotel didn't meet my expectations. the elevator smelled of urine, and my sheets had stains. I expected a welcome gift for my troubles, but alas, no. breakfast was a bust too, arriving late and being refused a crumb was deflating. I almost gave a good review, but simply couldn't.

Unexpected challenges but friendly staff
While the breakfast presented a delightful start to the day, I was especially grateful for the staff's unwavering politeness during my stay.
I faced an inconvenience as the room was too chilly, which was compounded by the long wait to receive extra blankets.

Ready, Set, Regret (Or Not! )
To my surprise, this hotel provided clean and comfortable rooms with a bright ambiance. The staff was friendly, and room service made every return feel fresh. Although the location is a bit out of the way from the city center, two tram lines nearby made exploring easy. A decent option for budget travelers!

Perfect for solo travelers wanting a clean spot
The hotel is very small but you get a lift which helps, I easily got around without breaking a sweat. The room was bright and quiet, perfect for me after long days, I slept like a baby.
It wasn't cheap, but decent enough for the experience.

Just a balanced option for a mini-break over the weekend in Amsterdam with decent value for money. The staff were friendly and helped me with bike rentals to explore the city easily. Look out for the local tax payment to avoid surprises.

missingWrote a review on May 01clean bedroomsfriendly staffbilling issuesmisleading locationinflated charges
The stay included clean bedrooms with bright, airy spaces, making it comfortable. The daily room service was commendable, ensuring a fresh environment. I faced an issue with the local tax payment, which was attempted to be inflated, and the proximity to public transport was slightly misleading as it wasn't as central. Although breakfast featured enjoyable organic fruits, the overall experience was marred by concerns over the management's billing practices.

Clean and comfortable rooms with bright, airy spaces make it an easy choice for anyone looking to kick back after a long day.
Noise from other rooms can be disruptive, potentially making it hard to catch some Zs with the hustle and bustle from the hallway. The lack of a proper coffee option in the kettle and a mildly leaky shower setup hint at some basic needs falling through the cracks, especially for a solo traveler seeking comfort. Breakfast timing can also be a big letdown. arriving just a minute late to find out food isn't available can be pretty disappointing for those not on a strict schedule.
